During 2022, Seattle Elite's parent company, EL1 Sports, forged a groundbreaking partnership with Major League Baseball. This collaboration aims to enhance accessibility and involvement in youth baseball and softball. This dynamic, multi-year agreement incorporates a revenue-sharing element, establishing MLB as a partial stakeholder in EL1. This venture will establish a consistent stream of funding for grassroots initiatives, including MLB's Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) and engaging programs like PLAY BALL.
